TwinForge was started by Marwan and Muhannad to turn sketches, references, and everyday problems into custom 3D-printed objects. We design in CAD, build in Fusion 360, and keep the next version open.

We are a small studio with a practical belief: good design should be close enough to change. We make our own products, add thoughtful customizations, and welcome customer requests that do not fit a catalogue.

From idea
to object.
There is no fixed formula for a custom build. The work moves between conversation, digital modelling, material, and hands-on decisions until the object feels like it belongs to the person who imagined it.

Shape it in CAD.
We build the form in Fusion 360, test the proportions, and work through the small decisions that make a custom object feel intentional.
The print
03
Make the next version real.
The printer lays down the material, layer by layer. We tune the settings for the part, the finish, and the way it will be used.
The handoff

Finish it like it matters.
Every piece is checked, cleaned, assembled, and prepared to leave the workbench. A machine makes the object; people give it care.

Marwan brings the model, the measurements, and the digital structure. Muhannad brings the print, the finish, and the patient final check. The best results happen in the space between those two sides.
