Terms of use.

By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that infringes another person's rights. If you do not agree, do not use the shop or submit an order.

Product photos, renders, colours, dimensions, and availability are presented as carefully as possible but may vary slightly between screens, materials, and production runs. Custom or made-to-order work is discussed with you before production. A submitted request is not an accepted order until TwinForge confirms it.

Prices originate in Omani rial (OMR). The site may select a display currency from your browser region and time zone, or you can choose another supported display currency in the footer. Display currency conversions use periodically refreshed public exchange-rate data and are estimates for browsing. They do not determine the actual order or payment currency; the payment provider shows the final payable currency and amount before you pay. The checkout shows the product subtotal, any packing fee, the delivery fee, and the amount due before you place the order. Delivery fees are paid to Genacom on delivery where the checkout says so. We may correct obvious pricing or availability errors before confirming an order.

You keep ownership of sketches, photos, and other material you send us. You give TwinForge permission to use that material only to understand, quote, make, and support your requested product. You must have the right to share it and it must not be unlawful or infringe another person's rights.

Our Refund, return, and cancellation policy explains the current rules. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a request; custom work may not be cancellable once production has started.

The site and its content are provided for general product and workshop information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, TwinForge is not responsible for indirect losses caused by a site interruption, delay, or misuse of a product. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are intended for orders and services supplied from Oman. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions about these terms can be sent to Hello@twinforge.cc.
