Your data, your request.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete it, or ask for an explanation of how it is used. These requests cover information submitted through checkout, contact forms, custom requests, and customer support.

Email Hello@twinforge.cc with “Data request” in the subject and enough detail for us to locate the record. We may ask for reasonable verification so we do not disclose another person's information.

We may retain limited information when necessary for an active order, refunds, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We will explain any limitation and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
