Shipping policy.

We currently accept physical-product orders for delivery within Oman. At checkout, select your governorate, city or area, and provide a usable delivery address and phone number.

Deliveries are handled by Genacom. Home delivery is 2 OMR and office pickup is 1 OMR. The selected fee is shown in the checkout summary before you place the order and is paid on delivery where indicated. Product prices and any packing fee are shown separately.

Delivery timing depends on production readiness, the destination, and the delivery partner's schedule. We contact you using the details in the order to confirm the handover. Please keep your phone available and ensure someone can receive the parcel.

If the address or phone number is wrong, contact Hello@twinforge.cc promptly. For a parcel that arrives damaged or does not match your order, follow the return policy and send your order number with photos.
