When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery governorate, city or area, address, selected shipping and payment method, order notes, and optional email address. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email, project idea, budget range, message, and any reference files. Admin users also provide account information through Supabase Auth.

To show a familiar display currency, the site reads browser language, region, and time zone information already exposed by your device. We do not request precise location or use a GPS permission. The automatic currency choice, or a currency you select yourself, is stored locally in your browser so it can be remembered on later visits. Currency-rate data is refreshed server-side; your browser location details are not sent to the rate source. Product prices originate in OMR; the final amount and payment currency are shown before you submit or pay for an order.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver orders, confirm delivery details, maintain workshop records, provide admin access, prevent misuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations that apply to the business. We do not sell customer information.

Order details may be shared with our delivery partner, Genacom, only as needed to deliver the order. We use Supabase for database, authentication, and secure service infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the site, customers, or workshop.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including order and accounting records. We use access controls, row-level security for admin data, and encrypted connections in production. No internet service can promise absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing Hello@twinforge.cc. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where a legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or order-record obligation requires it.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version is dated 31 August 2026.
